ARTISAN PROCESS

Each UNOde50 piece has its own voice and is capable of transmitting strength and energy on its own. Their commitment to exclusivity leads them to design and manufacture at their headquarters in Madrid. All products are handmade in Spain by the UNOde50 team.

INSPIRATION ON PAPER

The creative process of each collection begins with a theme that inspires the designers. Once this line is defined, they work on sketches to establish the materials necessary for the assembly of each piece.

MATERIALS

UNOde50 pieces are distinguished by the use of a proprietary alloy that maintains the artisanal character of the manufacturing process and gives the jewelry an organic and unique appearance. The use of leather and other materials such as crystals or synthetic pearls is an essential part of the brand's DNA.

CASTING AND MOULDING

Designers begin by creating a specific wax master piece, perfecting the shape until they achieve the desired shape. Then, a mold is made into which UNOde50's signature metal alloy is poured, producing a first version of the piece. This is worked manually to define the shape and texture designed in the initial sketches.

FINISH

Once the piece has been modelled, it undergoes an anti-allergy process, followed by a 15-micron silver plating and rigorous quality controls. In cases where the jewellery includes other materials, these are assembled in this last stage of the process.
